Hi! I’m Charlotte.

I am a consultant, former space engineer, and writer based in Seattle. I'm currently a Principal at Boston Consulting Group, where I advise aerospace and defense leaders on strategy and operations. I am especially passionate about space technologies and am a member of the North America commercial leadership team for BCG’s space sector practice. I am also the author of a science column for Forbes focused on translating space news for a general business audience.

Before becoming a consultant, I was a Mission Integration Engineer at SpaceX and was named one of Forbes' 30 Under 30 in 2017 for my work in the space industry. I have a lifelong commitment to public engagement in science, and I continue to engage directly with the scientific community as a NASA Solar System Ambassador for the Seattle metro area.

I hold a bachelor of arts degree in mathematics from Wellesley College and a master's degree in engineering from Cornell University.
